Why use a Buyers Agent...
Firstly, let's talk about what a Buyers Agent actually is! Sometimes people aren't quite sure, let us explain...
Buyer’s agents are licensed real estate professionals (IE: Sam and Sally) who specialise in searching, locating, evaluating and then negotiating the purchase of property on behalf of their clients, who are the purchasers. Buyers Agent's are not selling real estate agents but are advocates of the purchasers. Buyers Agents are saught out by a purchaser who wants someone to act on their behalf, working for them and as such, are paid by the purchaser for the personalised assistance.
The main difference between the agent who is selling the property and the buyers agent, is who they are represented by. Legally, a real estate agent cannot act for and then accept commission (money!) from both parties linked to the one property sale or transaction.
As Buyers Agents, we offer a number of different service options, ranging from complete searches through to a simple inspect and advise or contract assistance. We have service packages to suit your every need.
Part of our role as Buyers Agents, is to ensure that our clients are independently informed, especially if they are not local or thanks to Covid-19, are unable to travel to view an interstate or overseas purchase. Our objectives are to ensure we negotiate the best outcome for the client, ensuring emotion doesn't drive the property purchase price higher than the possible return or capital growth strategies to suit the clients long term investment or forever home needs.
Both Sam and Sally are also independent property managers with lengthy real estate careers, ensuring your peace of mind when it comes to all of your investing needs.
